Robert “Bobby” Moore was born on July 17, 1930 and died on February 1, 2006 of kidney failure. in 1961 Moore formed the Rhythm Aces featuring his brother, Larry Moore (saxophone), Chico Jenkins (vocals, guitar), Marion Sledge (guitar), Joe Frank (bass), Clifford Laws (keyboards), and John Baldwin, Jr. (drums). In 1965 they recorded “Searching for my love” at the legendary Fame studios.

The Rhythm Aces are still performing, led by his son, Larry Moore.
